Goldwork (This one is Silver) Butterflies

I have just been working on and finished a little project of some Butterflies that are in Rajmahal Rayon Threads along with their silver threads. This is a picture of of the project as I have been waiting all day for the sun to come out so that I can take a photo of mine then I will replace this one with mine

Princess and the Pea

This is a blackwork design that I have recently finished of a Marion Scoular design from her Fairytale series of 'The Princess and the Pea' this design was a pure delight to stitch and I customised it making the princess to be a little Redhead with curls after one of my grand-daughters called Holly .

If you look very closely at the bottom of all the mattresses you can just see the little green pea on the bed.

Most Beautiful Ornament I received

This is the most beautiful of Christmas ornaments that Pierrette made for me and I just love it, not only is it just so pretty but it is beautifully stitched and finished

Christmas Gift made of a Spare Journal Cover

This fabric journal cover I made for Pierrette is with painted and dyed and beaded lace, I also made a special gift which had personal family photographs attached to it and I think the best way to describe it is as a desk tidy. I have not included a picture as it has private family photos on it.
